How does NDCMarketplace work? It is a subscription-based platform for both IATA and Non-IATA Agents. NDCMarketplace is integrated with NDC airlines, FSCs (Full Service Carrier), LCCs (Low Cost Carrier) and GDSs. IATA Agents can use their own NDC or GDS content by enabling the credentials received from each individual airline or Online GDS credentials due to which they will receive the segment fees or incentives as agreed with airlines or GDSs. Depending on the Form of Payment Agreed with the airlines, Travel Agents will have the option to Search, Book, Issue Tickets, Sell ancillaries and perform after sales services such as refund, reissue, void and cancel on NDCMarketplace.com. Non-IATA Agents can use the NDCMarketplace content and pay with the credit / debit card.

Register on the platform by filling in all the basic details on the registration form.

Choose the preferred NDC airlines, fill in the respective details and submit.

 

The request will be sent to the selected airlines and once done you will see the confirmation as below.

You will receive an email on the registered email ID with the username and password. Login to choose and subscribe to the plan that suits you. There are three options to choose from

Team – Unlimited users will be able to issue a total of 50 tickets on unlimited airlines and is valid for one month from the date of subscription

Business – Unlimited users will be able to issue a total of 100 tickets on unlimited airlines and is valid for two months from the date of subscription

Enterprise – Unlimited users will be able to issue a total of 320 tickets on unlimited airlines and is valid for three months from the date of subscription

You will have the option of paying for the subscription with a credit or debit card. Once the subscription is successful, you can login to use the platform and start selling right away. You can sell content of the suppliers you have chosen.

Once the payment is accepted, click on “Return to Basket” in order to login.

Login by entering the username and password; receive the OTP on the registered email id.  Now you can start setting up the platform, details of which can be accessed by choosing the icon.
