Travel Agencies looking for a platform wherein they can connect with Multiple NDC, FSC and LCC carriers with their own credentials search, book, and issue tickets along with ancillary and post sales services like Cancel, Void, Reissue and Refund can all be performed using the NDCMarketplace platform.

Travel Agencies can visit NDCmarketplace.com, Click on Start now and they will be redirected to our Agent Portal and Supplier Registration Form. Applicants can then register themselves by providing the basic information and submitting the form. Once registered, the applicant will receive an email with their login ID and Password on their registered Email ID.

Yes, NON-IATA travel agencies who do not have their own API Credentials can also register and gain access to NDCMarketplace Flight content.

Travel Agencies can request Airline API Credentials while registering on NDCMarketplace.com by selecting specific airlines they are keen to connect with. Once submitted, your request for API Credentials will be forwarded to the relevant airlines. Upon approval, the airline’s team will revert back to you directly.

Once registered and subscribed, the platform will notify you to activate your credentials and will automatically redirect you to the supplier configuration page.

There are three types of subscription plans: Team, Business, and Enterprise.

Team Plan: Enables Travel Agencies to issue 50 tickets valid for 1 month for just $49 Business Plan: Travel Agencies can issue 100 tickets valid for 2 months for just $99 Enterprise Plan: Travel Agencies can issue 320 tickets valid for 3 months for just $299

No, the platform will notify you to update your subscription plan.

Yes, if you have consumed all your ticket counts you can top-up or upgrade your plan on the NDCMarketplace platform.

Yes, you can Create Unlimited Sub- Agencies and multiple users on the NDCMarketplace Platform.

Currently, Credit/Debit cards are supported on the NDCMarketplace platform. Payment will be deducted from the user’s card at the time of ticketing.

No. NDCMarketplace does not currently provide for floating deposits as a form of payment.
